The way this hunt works is the hunter who decides to do this hunt will be guaranteed the elk and deer license through the outfitter sponsored tags. The extra doe tag and bear tag may be purchased over the counter. The extra whitetail buck tag and the bighorn ewe tag are on a draw system that have excellent odds for the hunter.

The hunter wishing to embark on this hunt will have to first book a regular combo hunt. When the hunter draws either the extra whitetail buck tag, or bighorn ewe tag, or both, the hunt is converted to the safari combo. Additional doe mule deer and whitetail tags may also be available. Some of the species may be taken with either a gun or bow.

This is truly a one of a kind opportunity, especially in the lower 48. This is a 10 or 12 day hunt for up to five different species, and six or more animals. The hunt is primarily for archery hunters but arrangements can be made for rifle hunters as well.

The hunt is for elk, mule deer buck, whitetail buck, whitetail doe, Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep ewe, and bear.

This could possibly be the most exciting and action packed hunt in North America- chasing five different species all in the same area. You never know what you might take on any given day.
